I just wish I had known about this site before and might have taken the opportunity to check out this company but the "sweet" sales lady that "sold" me sounded so innocent and honest and her "guarantees" were so convincing and the lead sounded actually "legitimate" that I overcame my usual skepticism and am suffering the consequences. I am writing this report to hopefully help a few other potentially hapless victims from going down the road I did.
In short, I was promised an absolute qualified buyer lead in the town next to mine, ready to buy. Turned out, after I signed up of course, that the person was not a qualified buyer at all but a "looker" interested only in foreclosure properties, which we do not even handle, and in a town much further away that we do not service.
I immediately called the company back that very day and requested to have the charge refunded and that I wanted out of the program. Of course I was given the runaround like the other reports, promised they would send me legitimate leads in my towns and I would find the program satisfactory but that I could still get my refund it needed.
A few more leads came in that I also rejected as they were all but one, for foreclure "deals".
The sales lady assured me I would be able to cancel the program, but also of course, that I would get only qualified buyer leads. None of them were. I rejected them all but still could not get my money back. I have since filed a complaint with the attorney general's office of the state of Montana as well as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The AG's office told me there were many other complaints that had been filed. They may take collective action against the company and I assured them I would happily testify in order to try to put this company out of business or force that at least, to operate fairly and legitimately.
I also filed a dispute with my credit card company and that matter is pending. I will undoubtedly enter arbitration through the BBB.
I, like another complainant, am kicking myself for having fallen for this scam, knowing better but I fell for the sales pitch with all the guarantees offered. Another thing I fell for was the note on the web site that they had never had any complaints filed with the BBB which is obviously and outright lie.
These are nasty people bent on ripping Realtors off for why else would they have such a fierce determination to keep our money and send out non-qualified leads?
Steer clear and tell anyone you know to steer clear.
