Do not sign up for this overly-complicated software CRM tool unless you are a real techie. Don't believe the hype of their salespeople - they will lie to get your business. Once they have it, you will learn you need more skills and more money to make the software work for you. And you'll NEVER get your money back!!! They specifically make it impossible to get your money back. Be very careful before deciding on salesforce. There are better options out there.
