Seven day free trial for a $1.95 cost an unauthorized payment of $39.80 from my account

Signed up for the 7 day trial on 7/10, it was $1.95 TRS took that out of my checking acct. I cancelled the free trial on 7/13. Today I check my balance an additional $39.80 went to these theives. Now I have to get a new debit card. Tried to call thier customer service, billing dept and executive contacts, are all busy. Left phone messages, email message, no reply. Its my fault for giving info on the computer. Just to let others know, BEWARE
