I received a charge on my account for 29.99. Luckily there was a # listed with that charge, i called that # to see what it was all about (877-602-1883). I told them i had no idea what this was and that i wanted my money back. The lady i spoke with told me that unfortunately the charge could not be refunded but that they would send me a $100 gas card. I really didnt even care about that i just wanted my money back. She again told me that it cannot be refunded. So i told her that i would be waiting for my gas card and i would also be calling the better business bureau. She put me on hold for a minute and said she "spoke with her manager" and they would refund the money to me but that i would no longer get the gas card.
