I had a charge of 39.95 on my credit card. I called the phone number listed for the charge and spoke with someone who could not answer basic questions regarding this charge. He told me he could not cancel the charges and refund me my money. I pressed him repeatedly and demanded my money refunded and any "sign-up" requests associated with my credit card be canceled. Finally, he agreed. I reported it to my credit card's fraud department and after filling out paperwork they will begin a fraud investigation. I will continue checking to verify money is refunded.
