Marlboro simply wrote back stating "Please send in your age varification form. We began sending age varification forms via certified mail and still marlboro replied with "Please send in your age varification form before the dead line."
Marlboro was running us out of time so they would not have to honor their miles prmotion program. Perhaps they are angry about billions law suits?
Regardless of their reasons, fraud is fraud. Many of us switched brands because of their promotion, now they wont honor it.
No one loses the mail 10 times in a row. Mail from thousands of us? No, what ever is going on is by direct order of high ranking executives at Philip Morris Inc.
Now many of us had sent age verification forms for the 10th time via certified letter and accompanied with the threat of a class action law suit. Finally we recieved our catalogs and followed the instructions sending in our cut out marlboro miles (proof of purchase) only to recieve a letter from Marlboro stating that they had not recieved our miles.
There are litterally tens of thousands of us, that I can estimate from research, though the number could include most of there customers (millions) each with enough marlboro miles to redeem $400 worth of prizes. Do the math. We are organizing a class action law suit at this time.
