Paid $470. For a product of theirs 6 months ago, have been emailing them since, no replies, no product either. On Dec. 31st 08 I purchased a hand made leather book from Witches Moon on line, I paid for this with my bank Visa debit card, in the amount of $470.19. At the time of purchase I wrote on the comment section of the order form that I was undecided on color and had questions, I received 1 email response at that time later the same day which still did not answer my question. So I emailed them again on Jan. 2nd 09 asking same question again, I still have had no replies to that email, so I waited and nothing, by Jan. 8th I emailed again, nothing. I emailed again on the 14th of Jan. And then again on the 28th of Jan. Still nothing. After that I just waited, then on the 10th of Mar. I noticed that Heather, one of the owners was on line in a chat room I use and so I contacted her through there, I was told through an email that she did not have the order in front of her but would look into it and have Stephen, the other owner and in charge of the orders I guess, get back to me. I waited until May 17th, and still heard nothing, I then forwarded Heather the same email to her chat room email on the 24th of May, no reply. And since then I have emailed them on the 29th of May, and the on the 15th of this month in which I gave them until Thurs. 6/18 to answer my emails or I was going to contact you and my bank. On 6/16 I emailed again twice to remind them, nothing, and then I emailed once more for the last time early on 6/18 and I waited, and still nothing. So, here I am. The order # is 003775, it is for an Elvin Book of Shadows. I have all my emails, the receipt for purchase and copy of my bank statement showing the charge. This is not right, it was not a small amount of money, and at no time was I rude or otherwise to them in any of my emails. Thank you. &Update 7/7/09 I have to yet to receive a reply from them, nor have I received my order, either. I have taken this to the BBB, and am letting them handle it, I have also reported this to an internet theft bureau of the FBI, and will be reporting this to my Attorney General, one way or another I will either get my order, or my money back. I am also posting this on MySpace, facebook, and any other public websites so that other people know they are crooks. Times are tough for people right now and people can't afford to buy things they never receive, and they are supposed to be witches? What comes around, goes around. Think they need a refresher course. Also, they are no longer in NC, they now live in Gardner, Mass.
