It is unfortunate that i have to post this complaint. However i feel that other people need to be warned before they purchase from this company. They are unreliable. I placed an order in September. Order #004970. Over $400 dollars worth of items. They did send me part of my order. I then contacted them and asked when i would receive the rest. I was told by Feb. Of 2011.
Well, February came and when, so did March and April. It's already May and i have not seen or heard from the people of Witches Moon. I sent out multiple email and attempted to call them, to no avail. I think it's ridiculous for them to take over 8 month to fulfill an agreement. They didn't have the decency to reply when i asked for my refund back. About $160 dollars. Again, it's not just about the money, it's about keeping to your word and not taking advantage of people. Be warned.
