I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza with 20 wings. My house is 5 minutes, if that, from the restaurant. When I went to pick up the pizza, in the time frame they gave me, the pizza was ready and the wings were not.
I paid $27 dollars and brought the pizza straight home. When I opened the box, I noticed that the chese was not completely melted and the pizza was cold.
When i called to notify the company, they said that there was no way the pizza could be cold, undercooked or ready before the wings were. They called me a liar and refused to refund the money I paid them. They claim they can only offer another pizza or store credit.
I refused either because the food was lousy. They have horrible food and worse customer service practice. I want my money back, thats all I ask.
