Dropped one communication as my service provider when they started getting creative about billing for 3rd party services they did not furnish. Even after I drop them they were nickel and diming me with bills for. 07 When I finally had to call them, billing admits the bills were wrong and offer to zero out my account - how generous they will keep my money - I sent them a check and spent postage and I want my money back - I am reporting them to the AG office. Avoid One Communication at all costs.
