We ordered direct and by the 4th month we had phone problems. Called co. Only to be put on hold, then ignored. It Messed up our phone service. Removed it after other communication problems. Our Phone co. Reinstalled our line and service. We have been had for 29.99, and speaking with our local Walgreen's Mngr. For better contact direction, Arthur advised we recontact you for a refund. We may also get a full refund here, if you OK this at the NW Expressway/Council Store. Thanx
