03/31/06 I wrote a personal check for $20.00 to N.B.P. I
I mailed USPS with delivery confirmation 11/18/06 confirmed business received my request of refund $20.00 USD. I didn't get a response from it. I called the phone number mentioned above and get a weird recording. I mailed a request for my refund of $ 20.00 with no response or refund.
