Here I am (sadly) adding a third complaint against Orchard Bank. As previously stated in my first complaint, Orchard Bank placed an unauthorized charge on my account for $99.99. I called immediately to ask them to remove it, was given a cancellation confirmation number, and told it would be removed.
Well, today I checked my account and they've only removed $70.52 from my account and expect me to pay the remaining $29.47! I've already reported them to the Banking Commission and I'll have to wait until Monday (today is Sunday) to reach a "live" person at Orchard Bank to straighten this out. I would never recommend HSBC or Orchard Bank to anyone!
