I purchased a big screen TV online and they send me an email to pick it up, When I got there they said it was no longer available and that I should have gotten a phone call telling me that it wasn't there but I didn't get a phone call and the sale man refunded me my money but was very rude about it telling me to get in line to complain and when I said that I wanted another TV he said well go pick one I then proceeded to look and I over heard him telling another salesman that I was not happy with the way it was working out that with other remarks was over heard by other people in the store which made me very upset you can forget about me being a repeat customer at Sears any more and I will be ripping my sears card up, my order number was 61499843
