Subscrip fee 14.95 unitedtel, llc billed for services not requeted on my phone bill 'internet'

I thought the phone co. Added this two months ago until I looked this up and realized this is a ripoff and want this to stop for all. Do what ever is necessary to resolve the problem including court.

As a amateur radio operater call sign kd7qdl from the F.C.C. This is not going to continue.
