I received my phone bill today and was shocked when I saw the amount of the total charges. I thought that there must be some mistake. So I looked it over and found that I had been charged a service fee of $14.95 from a company (Enhanced Services, unitedtel.com, WWWHELLOMAILMNTHLYFEE) which I had not requested. I hadn't even heard of the company before.
I immediately went online to check out this company and found that there had been other people with the same problem. So, I decided to file a complaint also.
