Capital One is a company that allows customers to be scammed. They do not care how good of a customer or if you have 2 accounts they allow you to be taken advantage of. I had a charge to my account for something I was trying out. I did not like it and called the company they said they would email me the address and then I could send it back. WEll after me emailing and calling the company they did not send an email with address. They also did not send any kind of paperwork (receipt or anyother type) Capital One claims they protect you so when i disputed this and had to fill out who knows how much paperwork and send it copies of the emails and tell them over and over no paperwork was ever received they inform me that because I do not have paperwork they are still going to charge me even though they put me throught about 3 months of crap sending in forms and for what. Do nto believe their ads they will not protect you at all. I closed both accounts and never want to deal with this company again and whats sad is it takes another 20 hours to find the information for their corporate office and or Mr. Fairbanks (CEO) and then they do not even want you to talk to him. WOW what a GREAT CEO AND CUSTOMER friendly guy
