I have 2 Credit Cards with Capital One so the cards do not get maxed out. I have been getting Overfee charges the last two months. Which is not right because I alternate the use of the cards.
I emailed Capital One Customer Complaints and received an email back telling me:
Thank you for contacting Capital One regarding the over the limit fee assessed to your account. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and will be glad to assist you with your inquiry; however, we are unable to
do so via e-mail. Please call our Customer Relations Department at 1-800-955-7070 (1-804-747-7200 if you are overseas). Our representatives are available 24 hours every day for your convenience.
Since regular electronic correspondence is not a secure method of contacting us and we wish to protect the integrity of your account information, Capital One prefers to discuss personal and account-specific
questions by telephone rather than by e-mail.
We assure you that all other electronic contact with us such as viewing your statements and making payments is secure.
We value your business and look forward to our continued financial relationship.

I have called the 800 phone numbers and I can not get a real person to get in contact with to discuss my problem. I also checked my information for both cards and they are exactly the same information. I do not have two accounts. I have two cards and two different numbers but they are tied into ONE account.
