This on-line predator is also found to apprehend his victims in person as well. I met him in Pennsylvania and we as friends moved to South Carolina. He seemed
like he had good intentions to do a I help you and you help me situation. I bought a van and he co-signed. After being here in South Carolina where he has family, he began treating myself and my children badly.
He abused my son by trying to strangle him. And could have almost killed myself, daughter, son and his nephew in our vehicle, on the way home from Charleston. I had to pick him up after he suffered a health issue and was taken to hospital. I was afraid to pick him up and he offered my money to do so. When I confronted him in the vehicle for the gas money, he said he would pay me when he received his paycheck, which by the way he didn't have
one coming because of his hospital stay. He became upset by my being on the telephone with a friend from PA who stated they feared for my well-being while
transporting him home from hospital. He then knocked the phone out of my hand
and grabbed the steering wheel and turned it from 12 o'clock position to 6 o'clock position while I was driving 60 mph.in Lake City. Police were called but I proceeded to Effingham jail and drove him to the door. I filed a report and he was incarcerated with a Protection from Abuse order. He still came to my front door and was looking to get my van. Well, he managed to find it and steal it from me. He made no payments or insurance payments while he had it. He hid it from me.
I found it, and had the finance company come and repo it. I lost $18,000 and also
$4,000 in a phone plan I set up for us. He used $4,000 worth of internet charges on his phone line and never paid it. The overall plan was in my name.
I just got my credit straight after being young and stupid. I no longer can by
anything on credit and I have a daughter who will be graduating and wanting
to go to college and I can't do a thing to help her now.
He also had someone he was helping out in another residence because when I moved my Social Security Number was used for Light Service in another residence. I know no one here in South Carolina but him. I had to file a fraud
report.
After being released from jail he found a boarder and rented a room. She lent
him $1,600 and he promised to pay her back at income tax time. She found out
about me and flagged me down one day as I was passing her house, asking
me to come to court with her to press charges. She, as to date has not received any money.
She and I were also made aware of two other women in the Florence area whom he swindled or tried to swindle out of money. One woman was taken for
financing a truck for him which he also tried to steal and hide. And another
woman who owns a business and she fortunately did not give him any money even though he tried. He preys on the kind and caring people.
Please protect any personal information he may use as far as credit. Don't enter into any contracts with him because he will not pay his share. He will hurt a women both financially and emotionally. Oh and by the way, did I mention he is a married man? He is married to a woman in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He tells all females he is divorced.
