Beware Ladies! Jimmy Salters lie's and uses women for money. He rented a room from me, nothing but a tenant. He paid his rent on time for approx. 8 mths. Then he asked if he could borrow money to pay the IRS back. I gave him a check from my saving for 1,000.00. He promised to pay me back. After I gave him the money he stopped paying rent.in the mean time he showed up with a fairly new vehicle. Unknown to me, he bought this vehicle and had a girl cosign, she came to house and got the vehicle. The last I heard she was stuck paying for it and hiding the vehicle because his name was also on it. Then another women showed up looking for him, he informed this women, he owned my home. I was finding out that he was seeing all kinds of women on the road and scamming them. He did come back to house after I told him his stimulus check came, get this the check was for a 1,000.00 he claimed someone kids and they split the money. He promise to pay me the back rent and the 1,000.00. He skipped off. I have taken him to court and won a judgement aganist him. For almost 1,800.00. But he owns nothing, my next step is to garnish his wages, I was told I could do. But when your on a fix income its hard to pay for court cost. I have since found out he goes under different names, has scammed women, has been up for charges on abuse for women and children. I found that out by looking on the effingham county jail. I also found out he is married and hangs in Florida. He also has told people that he is buying a house in Texas, he has told crusader rental that. I rented a room to this guy for extra income, and i trusted him, let him use my car etc. Then find out from several women he told them it was his car, house and was on the road all the time driving. He scams women from the internet and also the cb radio. Meets up with them gets them to lend him money. So beware, he has a bad temper. I found that out when he was leaving my house, and asked for the monies he owes me. He is not the church going man he pretend to be. He is a fake, anyone that can tell me where he works now, would help greatly. I would like to collect some of my money.
