Vision premier ripped me off about $50 in unauthorized charges for the last 1-2 months solid.
I tried to transfer funds, and they didn't send the money to my bank for a week (I had to go back into my Vision Prepaid, cancel the funds transfer, and use a Bank Transfer).
They even told me via ATM that I didn't have sufficient funds to take out $20.00 (while they got the fee), and still took the fee (the funds were in there, until I had to again make another bank transfer to clean out my account).
They are affiliated with BancCorp, and on the morning of June 15; a woman named Barbara said they aren't bound by mandated federal laws regarding refunding of ATM charges (when the logos match), and can take out those funds, because I "agreed to it." I agreed to nothing of the sort.
They even charge for customer service, and refuse to give any of that money back as well.
They are snow-ball con-artists, working for BancCorp.
