Dead Beats Trying to Hide from Collection Agencies - Identity Thieves as well?

To all local businesses and credit collection agencies: These people are giving out a fake phone number in a cowardly attempt to avoid collection calls. Unfortunately, the phone number they use is ours and we have opened a formal complaint with the FTC and the local sheriff's dept in an attempt to make them stop. BEWARE - they don't pay their bills and they lie about their phone number!!! It is illegal to knowing give out someone else's information. This constitutes IDENTITY THEFT!
