NCO Financial Systems
Violating FCRA Laws

NCO Financial systems frequently violates consumers rights under the FCRA and I am one of those people who have constantly tried to clean up a mess created by this company that has been ongoing for the past 3 years.

Today I have sent them an official intent to sue letter that will be filed in Florida and served to their local office here. I have had enough.

This company continues to report on an account that was opened in my name fraudulently. I have filed police reports, reported identity theft etc and they continue to report the account to the credit reporting agencies unlawfully.

I dispute it with the CRAs, they remove it and the next month it is BACK on my report.

I have requested NCO to fully validate the debt as well as to send me all information regarding this account which I am entitled to under the identity theft of the FCRA, including the contract and other items used when this account was opened and NCO fails to respond each and every time.

People - dispute this information IN WRITING - DO NOT use the online reporting to dispute negative entries with the credit reporting agencies. You need to have a good paper trail when you sue either the scumbag collection agency or the credit reporting agencies themselves.

If you are interested in seeing other lawsuits against this company, NCO, just do a search at justia.com and you will see all cases and many of those could help your own.

When you file suit, don't forget to add that you are including the court costs as part of your recovery from this company.

Know your rights and use them. This company believes consumers have no idea about their rights, which many don't, so they continue with their illegal practices.

Write them your complaint, make them validate it and give them 30 days. Keep copies and send via certified mail. If they fail to comply, send the letter you sent to NCO to the credit reporting agencies and then sue both of them if both fail to comply!

The reason the credit reporting agencies want you to dispute online is because by doing so you give up certain rights as well as can't form a paper trail as evidence of their illegal activity when you do sue them.

NCO, Experian, Trans Union and Equifax: I will see you ALL in court!
