Purchased Ronco Showtime #153 Rotisserie at Sears on Dec 22. Submitted all paperwork requested for $30 rebate on Dec 27. Reference Program #48527; mailed package to PO Box 753370 Waited 3 months - no rebate?
On Apr 5 I called (800) 979-8271 per the instructions on rebate form. Clerk redirects me to call (866) 433-3008 who then says call (800) 486-1806 if item purchased after Nov 2. Call the new number and clerk says checks were delayed due to change in rebate centers and all rebates will be mailed April 13.
On May 22 I called again and clerk says all $30 rebate checks were mailed May 20.
On Jun 17 I called again and clerk says the rebate center was changed to (800) 769-3322.
I call this new number and wait on hold 30 minutes. Clerk says only some rebates were mailed May 20 and others are waiting processing. Clerk says this center is outside Los Angeles in San Fernando Valley.
Ron Pompeil's Company is a fraudulent enteerprise and his rebate promotions should be investigated by the Attorney General in the states he is operating from. He should be charged with fraud and hopefully put in prison with the rest of the consumer crooks. His companies should be closed and proceeds should repay the victims of his fraud.
All consumers should boycott any of his TV programs, internet sites and any other sites that entice you to buy his product.
