Villa Theresa Glendale Az 85308Trane Rebate Customer Service, On October 23 I mailed you my Rebate request along with the Installers Invoice #0000008416 from Air Conditioning by Jay. That same day I mailed rebate requests to Arizona Public Service for their rebate program. I received rebate checks from Arizona Public Service on November 20 and December 11. I had NOT received a rebate check from you as advertised. I called Air Conditioning by Jay on December 15 and spoke to Miranda who told me she called you and per your request she faxed a copy of their invoice so you could process my rebate. I called Miranda again on January 28 because I have not received my rebate. She again called you and again faxed the invoice for processing. At this time I am doubting the sincerity of your advertised rebate program. If I do not receive my rebate from you by February 16 I will make a formal complaint to the Arizona Atty. General, Consumer Fraud Div. And the Arizona Better Business Bureau.
