My story is the same as Michelle of Henderson, Nevada, which I cut and pasted and put in quotes below.
"Report: #313515
I dialed 1-800-676-5543 which is the contact number on my on-line banking. You don't talk to anyone. There's a recorded voice instructing to e-mail charge disputes to [email protected]. They want you to leave all your personal information including the credit card number.
Michelle"
I had no overdraft. But my experience is the same.
I do not know if fraud is involved as Sears has been has not responded. I know of no goods or services Sears has billed me for.
I will contact the Washington State Attorney General tomorrow.
