Although I had been waiting within the (middle) left-turn street, I had been struck from the 96 orange mustang in the back which resulted in an oncoming traffic and induced incident. The Mustang left the picture of incident. I donot have collision protection. Experience and police record confirms what causes the incident. Modern insurance which addresses the Toyota mustang refused that given that they can't confirm the particular driver accountable, they'll not purchase the automobile restoration or medical price. Any help is valued.
