Someone used my credit card and address to purchase this product. I tried to contact them when I saw the charge but the number listed on my credit card bill was incorrect. I found them on the internet and tried to call only to get a voice mail indicating they were closed.By the time I contacted the customer service representative, I was told they would only refund part of what I was charged since it was over 30 days. I explained that I had not ordered the product and someone used my credit card info and they said tough.
They told me they would send a return authorization number for me to use and would send it to my email address. The email address they had was of course not mine! I gave them my work address and waited for the email which I never received.
I called again and they said I missed the 30 day window and would not give me a refund!!! I explained that I had not received the email and was told well they sent it. (again my problem!) I was charged for 2 shipments plus shipping and I never ordered the product!
I am going to contact the Attorney General for the state of Colorado and urge them to shut this scam down.
Stay far away from this one.
