Signed up for free sample of Premium White tooth whitening system. My credit card was charged for the shipping on 11/24/09. Product arrived 3 1/2 weeks later, with no contact info or phone number to cancel.
On 12/12/09 credit card charged 87.62 and again charged on 12/24/09 for the same amount. Of course I was charged overlimit fee for second charge.
I finally checked online for info about the company and found hundreds of complaints for same problem. I have since used chat line on their website to supposedly cancel order. We'll see.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC and Oregon's Attorney General's office. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company, and most likely cancelling my card. To have to do this I find unbelievable. I had ordered a similar product from another company and their info was upfront and cancelling was quite easy.
