On May 5 this office contacted me and as their website states, " Our office will get right on this matter by contacting the IRS and submitting an offer to compromise and or settle"
After this we will deduct charge your ATM / Visa card $ 1000.00 then set a payment plan of $ 300.00 a month.
They sent us papaer work to fill out and complete and send back. We did so and that was the end of their services. Really!!!
They took my money unauthorized and began sending bundles of junk mail saying the complete opposite of what they said and what their website states. I have copied the website and have all my paper work.
Now for the really sad part. They never contacted the IRS or did anything. They sat on our tax papers for 30 days and did nothing. I have this confirmed by another company I retained. The company I retained is called Tax Stop of Denver, Co 1-877-282-9370. They got on my tax matters the same day and when Tax Stop contacted the IRS it was confirmed that Roni Duetch Tax Corp and John Whettencamp acting as my so called attorney never contacted the IRS at ant compacity.
What is really sad also is we told RLD that we are homeless and trying our best to come out of this by our own boot straps. And they stole our money.
My wife also read some other reports online stating thet were investigated by the CA Bar and it was found they did nothing wrong.
RLD, I want all my money you stole returned back to me. Lady, you ripped off homeless people as we told you we were in that unfortunate spot in life. You stole from us and never did a thing. We called and demanded our money be returned and was told to go to hell. No kidding!
The lawyer John Whettencamp even called me and said he was sorry for not doing anything on my case and wanted to continue. I said no and told him I want all my $ 1000.00 returned. Her hung up on me. Then theier office said I had to mail of fax a letter stating I want my money returned. I did this and still nothing.
Should a class action lawsuit attorney wish to contact me then please do as I have everything needed plus third party proof they never did a thing. This lawyer was supposed to watch out and represent me and they did nothing. They stole from from homeless people.
