I retained Roni Lynn Duetch because I was behind in taxes and have virtually no money. The flooring industry has come to a stand still and of course you know the story about gas. They set up a payment plan. I sent $500.00 initially and was told I could make $340.00 per month payments. During that time wages were levied. They told me that would stop, and not to talk to the IRS. The levy didn't stop and I got payday loans, pawned things and got car title loans to pay the Duetch Law Firm. I was late with the last payment I made simply because there was no money. I finally scraped it together and sent it Western Union. I immediately got a letter that said I was no longer a client. I tried to contact them by internet and phone. Its like goodbye gottcha. They wouldn't return any calls at all. I sent countless pieces of personal information over and over again, a lot of it duplicates. When I questioned that they told me it went to several different attorneys and had been misplaced. I had them paid down to 500.00 out of $2,500. Then I found out from the IRS there had been no communication between that office and the IRS. All the IRS said is "I told you so. You are not the first and probably won't be the last." Now I am still in trouble, $2000.00 poorer and people like this are still ripping people off.
