We hired Roni Lynn Duetch after we talked to a tax specialist on the phone, and we were assured that we qualified for an offer and compromise, due to our income and assets. We paid $2500.00 to the firm, and after they received our money, would could never speak to an attorney after holding for 45 minutes.
We continuously called, but our calls were never returned, and finally the IRS garnished my husband's wages, and still no one at this firm seemed to be concerned in the least.
I have tried to get our money back, but so far I have not had any luck. We were lied to and misled from the start, and this type of business practices needs to be stopped.
