Maybe everyone should write their local FOX television station that continues to transmit this scam on consumers such as yourself. Even though I have not utilized her services, I ran across all of your entries and have alot of empathy for you. Here is what I wrote to our local FOX television station:
Dear Fox 47,
Do you believe that it is your responsibility, as an established and reputable television station, to insure that Michigan residents are not duped by false advertising? Shouldn't your Television Advertising Staff staff be aware of fraudulent transmissions from your station and/or frequencies? It would behoove your staff to exercise simple research of companies and corporations before allowing them to transmit advertisements which, in this case, is detrimental to the individual citizens of the State of Michigan who utilize the service of Roni Lynn Deutch. Your station repeatedly, throughout all hours of the day, identifies for the citizens in the Fox 47 viewing area, the service of Roni Lynn Deutch as an entity that will help them with IRS back-tax issues.
I personally have never utilized the services of this lawyer but ran across many, many, many entities on the web related to ripoffs and scams where Roni Lynn Deutch was one of the most egregious entries. I'm certainly aware that your station absolves itself from any responsibility in advertising/programming. But realistically, many of the citizens who watch your programming trust it and in fact depend upon it. I would suppose that Fox 47 wants the citizens in it's viewing area to continue to trust it as a legitimate television station and not one that helps companies such as Roni Lynn Duetch propote it's scams against its own trusting viewers.
Please, for your own sake and the sake of your viewers, re-consider the advertising dollars that are gained by your station by allowing this entity, Roni Lynn Duetch, to continue to swindle and cheat the already financially burdened citizens in your Fox 47 Viewing area! Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
