These people called me. They asked for my husband. I told them that he was not here.
They called back and asked for my husband. My husband got on the phone.
The lady explained how his credit card had been chosen as a winner. She said that he had won $200 in gas and a $100 gift card. She continued to tell hem that there would be a shipping fee of 4.95. She also explained that she already had his credit card number.
He hung up the phone on her upon her not excepting any offer. That was on the 16th of may. Then on the 2nd of June, these people took two $20 dollar charges out of our account.
I called them. They talked to both myself and to my husband. They agreed to take the charges off of my account. I told them that I needed the money in my account now, because I had wrote a check to my insurance earlier that day. I explained that if the money was not there my check would not clear the bank, because the quote/unqute the credit card that they used was acutally my husbands debit card.
The lady asurred me that they would credit our account within 24 hours.
Two days later my insurance check hit the bank and bounced. Costing me a $35 bank charge, I also have to pay the insurance company a $35 charge along with my payment. This is money that I do not have so it could cost me the insurance on my car.
They finally put $20 in my account on the 2nd, and the other $20 on the third. But they have cost us $70 in charges when all we did was hang up on them.
My husband and myself have spoke with them several times on the phone and they still refuse to tell us how they got our debit card number, or to replace fees that they cost us by removing money from our account without permission.
