Beware of these scam artists. They took my mother's money and charged up her credit cards

My mother thought she would get help with lowering the interest rates on her credit cards. They asked her for her social security number and her credit card to charge their fee of $698. She did this and never heard back from them. The number they gave is disconnected and their website is "temporarily unavailable". My mother's credit card number was subsequently used all over the country and we have had to cancel all her accounts.
