After 8 months and no contact to my creditors, from Debt Relief USA, in Addison, TX, I have stopped any further payments debits from my checking account and have contacted my attorney, regarding sueing Debt Relief USA.
This debt settlement for the entire contract period have not made any contact with the Credit Card Company, that I had the three accounts with and two of the credit card accounts have been charged off by the credit card company and placed with a Debt Recovery Company for legal action.
Letters and phone calls were sent to Debt Relief, with no contact to credit card company or a response to me.
I have been in an contract with Debt Relief since January with only $36.00 towards repayment to my creditor.
I have taken it upon myself, since my credit rating is now S_T, and am neogiotating with the creditor directly.
Beware of Debt Relief USA to anyone that is thinking about using them. They take your money and do nothing, like they said on advertisments on FoxNews and when speaking with them over the phone.
I am also sending a letter to my Attorney General in Virginia and also a letter to the Attorney Generals Office in Austin, TX.
DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP AS MYSELF. It has cost me over $2,000.00
for no service to creditor or myself. All the money goes in their pockets.
