I was scheduled for an interview for a dept. Manager on Monday. When I got to the store, they said that they could not get the information they needed out of their computer. They rescheduled the interview for the following week.
When I showed up for the interview, they said another manager hired for the position and the Personnel manager was never notified. She sits in the same room they do the interviews in.
They interviewed me for a 32 hour position in the cell phone dept. After the interview, they asked me to leave the room for a couple of minutes. When they asked me to return, they offered me the job.
The personnel manager said that they again couldn't pull my name up under that position, although it came up under other positions. She asked me to give her a couple of days to fix the problem. I called nearly every day for a week.
She finally said she had to get their marketing dept to fix the problem. I never heard from them again. I have since found a position that is full time with benefits at another company.
