This company is a complete scam. They make their money and livings by preying on employees in different work enviroments who arent authorized to make purchases.
Like many reports I have read, they called my store, part of a large company, and simply asked for serial number off our credit card printers. The person they were talking to in my store assumed that it was our corporate office and gave the serial numbers, the lady then said thank you, your paper should arrive in 10 days.
Once the box was recieved, we also recieved an invoice for $300. (Keep in mind this was ONE box of printer paper) when we contacted the company we were told we had to pay a $120 restock fee, in order to recieve even the address to mail the box back to. After much arguing and explaining, we were given an address, which we shipped the package to with signature confirmaion, and a week later the box showed back up at our store!
We tracked the package and it was signed for before they shipped it back to us, so we have yet to find out what will happen. This is rediculous. Someone needs to stop these people!
