As many others that have filed reports, they do not return call, emails, updates, etc. When I started questioning the so called mediator about their process, the next time we called, that person was no longer employeed there.
They stated, we would be assigned a new person and they would call with the information. Guess what, no word since. For the last week, the phone number is not working.
I am so happy I sent money orders and not my bank information. We only sent a partial payment of $700.00. I really feel for those who paid more. We have all the receipts and proof of mailing by delivery confirmation.
These people should be brought up on Federal charges and ran out of the country. They are worse than the Big CEO's who scamed money.
