I received a call from one of their reps today and could not understand the person so I asked for a phone number and extension to call back. When I did call back, later in the same day, I was transferreed to this persons Manager for assistance, Mr. McKenzie. He wanted my bank account information and when I advised that I would need to send the payment he stated they will only except by money gram so got that information but where it became more difficult with him was when I asked for their mailing address and where the call center was located. He advised that this information is not necessary and that I did not need it, only when asked several times did her disclose their address and where the call center was located. I found it interesting that the call center is locaed in the United Kingdom and the corporate offices are located in Reno Nevada. I did not have any issues with anyone being rude just difficult to understand and difficult to get any answers from them. Lesson here is just do not do a payday loan with anyone in the future.
