For anyone out there that bught one of these things SORRY FOR YOU. They are not even wouth the $20 a year. We have a summer home in Minnesota in a town that has 10000 people. Its not in the boondocks. I get good highspeed internetand the Jack only works first thing in the morning on a clear day. Then it is not that good—between fading in and out and dropping the call all together it's a real waste of money. Then they will not return the purchase price either. I thought it would be a nice service because I could keep my same phone number year after year. Boo boo Every year Charter Com. Gives us a new number. I guess I will put up with that instead of Magic Crap.
