I accepted a job with this company. I was doing my very best. I did let them know that I suffered from depression and took medication and because of that I ask if they had an issue with my work to please call me aside and not discipline me in front of the other team members. Even after I requested this i was yelled at by my supervisor in front of every one and I answered back that I had finished my work and needed more. It escalated into a small disagreement. I got fired for this incident. I do mean a small disagreement. My supervisor told me to call everyone 20 times if I had to that's how he made 90 sales in one month. I replied "no you made 90 sales because you had inbound phone calls and an office day. I am not stupid." That was the end of the whole situation.
Now after I have been fired I was told that I would be paid for my sales. I was paid 10% for some sales and 5% for other. I was paid only 5% for all remaining sales. They were hoping to rip me off of my pay. I am due 10% on certain sales and I was not paid for 6 sales either.
I was not trained on how to use the company computer. I was given a list of 100 names and told to call them 20 or more times if I had to to get sales. This company does not care about its employees and does not care if it retains new ones. It does not care if it harasses people over the phone either.
This company repeatedly breaks telemarketing laws as well.
