The money store bought my house from another mortage conpany we were renting from. We agreed to purchase the home. My husband lost his job and we got behind. The money store rep in Macon Ga gave us 60 days to vacate as we were unable to make payment emediatly.

4 years latter Johnson of the Sacremento office calles we could have stayed in the house if we had made arrangements to defur the two payments (fine time to tell us) but sence it was a firts mortage in stead of the third as I was told it was listed They made an offer of settlement.
Pay $1500.00 in thirty days and never owe any more on this loan, and your credit report will show it as a settlement $0.0 owed.
Today (5 yrs later) my husband was denied a promotion because the money store is still reporting that we owe $50,000.00
