Schneider charging me for training that I had already previously received through another trucking school in which I already have a class A license, I was told by a Schneider recruiter that the contract I would be signing was infact a contract stating my pay per mile - not trucking school of which I do not need since I already have my class A license.
Later, after examination of the document of which I was rushed to sign at orientation with Schneider, I confronted Kirby and Brett Cox with my findings - I told them there was no such writing within the contract that stated what they said my pay was going to be, and that it seems to be a contract for trucking school - no satisfactory explaination was given at that time. The following day I was released from their orientation. Their reason - because I had a glass of wine at dinner.
The real reason though is because I had confronted them about the contract they made me sign which clearly did not have anything to do with what my pay was going to be in cents per mile. Schneider has ruined my good credit report by falsely reporting that I owe them 1833.00 in charges. I was there approximately 4 days. I do not owe Schneider anything - why would I pay for something I had already paid for and obtained at an earlier date in 2006 with Txxx Txxxxx School?
