Some of you have learned the hard way about Schneider, some of you still have a few things to learn, I worked for Schneider for three months, they spent my whole training class telling me how women couldn't make it on the road alone, so I let them talk me into teaming. They made me go to their training school, when I had just went to my own training schol, I paid to go to a real school, and they undid all of the benificial training I had recieved. They trrew me out on the road more dangerous than I had ever been, and kept me working, for three months... Until I couldn't take being in that truck with my team partner for one more minute, then I wen solo, and within 3 days they had fired me, this attitude hit me in the face back in if you are a woman, stay away from the big companies, there are some very good companies here in Utah that take care of their drivers, check all of your options before you decide.
