Federal Loan Modification
This company is a scam! Now being sued by the FTC

I sent $3,000.00 to this company. They were very smooth in answering questions. Told me they are listed in the BBB under Anz and Associates. I looked up Anz and Associates on the web, and they did have a AAA rating.
So after many promises, they have done nothing at all for me. I worked with John Chu, who I was told to have no contact with my mortgage company.

He said, they would handle it. I did contact me mortgage company 3 weeks later, and was told their was no company working with them. I then called John Chu, and was told yeah they all say that, but we are working with their legal department, so the servicing department would not have that information. What a lie!!! I now am in foreclosure and if HOPE for Homeowners (the gov't agency on the HUD website) does not help me, I will have no choice but to file bankruptcy.

When in fact I wish to have my deliquency put at the end of the loan and start all over. OH if any one deals with ONE WEST bank, which was formerly INDYMAC, be careful. They stated that they would not lower my balance and they want me to pay half of my deliquency amount up front to stop the foreclosure. Well, I do not have the money because I was unemployed, and I have just now secured a job.

So if anyone sees this and knows someone who is getting a loan, do not get one from them. They do not care what you are experiencing, it is all about them. When I get out of this mess, I will do research on a mortgage company that actually cares about it's custiomers.

God Willing.
