I contacted John Kim, NLM -National Loan Modification, from one of his Craigs List ads. He advertised that he could help homeowners in trouble stay in their home. He used scare tactics to get my wife to sign up with him. He also advised her to not pay our mortgage while we were Supposedly in the process of a loan modification.
John Kim required a $1500 up front fee to get started. After a few weeks of not hearing from him we started to get very nervous. We called John Kim and left several messages with no return call!
After 3 additional weeks, John Kim told us their was nothing he could do. I contacted my bank and they said they never heard of John Kim or NLM National Loan Modification. He did nothing but take our money! John Kim is a fraud and a Liar. He looks for scared innocent homeowners and takes their last penny. Do Not Get Scammed and Do Not Use John Kim at NLM National Loan Modification.
