Credit Acceptance, NU 2 U Auto Sales
Rip-Off

I was current on my payments up until three months ago when my sister became permanantly disabled and I wasn't able to make timely payments because I myself had to take off of work in order to be with her in hospital and I alsohad to help her purchase very costly medicine. My sister is 20 years old and has been diagnosed with cancer.

I missed one payment and they came and picked my vehicle up which made things more difficult bcause that was my only source of transportation at the time. My sister has to go back and forth to the doctor every week. The specialists that she has to see, offices are two hours away. Idont understand how they repoed my vehicle without even letting me be two months behind.

Wwhen I finally got the money to pay for the note, they had added all other types of fees. If I was behind on making my payment, how on earth do they thin I could just pay more money. They are inconsiderate and do not care what is wrong with you or what problems you have in your life. Also, their customer service representatives are so rude. They must be taught to talk in a negative manner. Its just senseless.

The remaining balance on the vehicle was 13900. They have now sold my vehicle for 4700. They overcharge for thir vehicles. Itried to trade it in and get a lower note before the repo even occures and the car lot offered me 6800 at the time. I could not find one bank that would finance the car for me because they said that the company charges too much for their vehicles so I had no other choice but to go to credit acceptance. This is very unfair treatment.

I dont know if I HAVE to pay the remaining balance or they will just put iton my credit. If I am made to pay it, then I would have no other choice but to file bankruptcy all because I made the wrong choice of a car lot. I f I had known that they were gona sell it for 4700, I could have just acccepted the 6800. Something should also be done about the way that they charge you fees just for paying your car notes. Online is a 2. Oo fee everytime you make payment and 6.00 everytime you do it by phone or mail. That is ridiculoous.
