Did not honor price lock guarantee. Whole experience with them Is a joke. Commutation is also a joke. I am looking to replace all their services.
Bill went up last month, I called and was told It was because we had an extra box, which we did not so he adjusted It, then this month same thing, I called and was told phone went up because we were not on the price lock on phones just internet, we were bundled on all phone, cable, and internet. I am going to call the local news channels, that take care of problems and then file a complaint with FCC.
