I am a long standing customer. I have cable phone and internet service package. A few premium channels, and also the internet boost. Since I got the internet boost, My on demand was not working, my internet was out and my phone was inoperable. Made an appointment, cable guy came and fixed it. But problem came back. Services would turn off at times. Made another appointment, guy said I missed my appointment when I had my phone next to me, sitting near door the whole time. Made another, I got a new modem. Problem came back again. Made another appointment, sitting here waiting with both phones. Tech calls to tell me he is near by. I am waiting, and he does not show up or call again. I've had enough. I am cancelling services. Before I do, I want to make sure they lose any good rep they have for their terrible services.
